Whistleblowing System/Policy
JAPFA is committed to high standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct. The whistleblowing policy aims to provide a channel for employees to raise their concerns and give reassurance that the employees will be protected from retaliation or victimisation. It is intended to safeguard employees who may come across persons and/or incidents that affect the Company and its related entities on matters such as:
- Alleged corruption, fraud, bribery;
- False or misleading information;
- Criminal, unlawful, unethical activities;
- Breach of environmental, health and safety laws;
- Activities that are not in line with the Company's policies; or
- Activities, which otherwise amount to serious improper conduct.
