Santori carries out its vertically integrated business activities including beef cattle breeding, fattening, slaughterhouses and value-added meat production. This division imports feeder cattle from Australia through strict selection following all mandatory animal health regulations that apply to both Australia and Indonesia.

Santori breeds beef cattle using intensive breeding methods and has obtained ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications. In addition, Santori also operates an export-standard Class A Slaughterhouse which has received ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System certification and Halal certificate from MUI.

Since 2022, Santori has shifted his focus to working on the premium and HOREKA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) segments and domestic supermarkets with superior products, namely Tokusen Wagyu Beef and several processed meat products. Santori also collaborated on online and retail sales with JAPFA's internal distribution units such as JAPFA Best Online Hub, Meat Market, JAPFA Experience, and Best Meat.
