On 17 June, secured a 5-year term Sustainable Linked Loan/SLL of Rp1.42 trillion with BNI.

23 March, the Company issued a US$350 million Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB) with a 5.375% coupon, maturing in 2026.

The Company acquired PT So Good Food.
2019
On 27 June 2019, SUL and Ciomas acquired the shares of PT Celebes Agro Semesta (CAS),
2018
30 April, PT Multi Makanan Permai (MMP) and Ciomas acquired the shares of PT Santosa Utama Lestari (SUL). The acquisition covers SUL’s 80% ownership of PT Sentra Satwatama Indonesia.
2012
1 July, the Company merged with PT Multibreeder Adirama Indonesia Tbk (MBAI), and PT Multiphala Adiputra (MPA) as well as PT Hidon, both being MBAI’s subsidiaries.
2011
Construction of new production facilities, i.e. livestock feed units in Grobogan (Central Java) and Purwakarta (West Java), chicken breeding production facilities in Grati (East Java), and Pontianak (West Kalimantan), new hatchery facilities in Sukabumi (West Java) and Kediri (East Java), and acquired commercial farms.
2008
On 15 January, the Company acquired PT Santosa Agrindo. On 3 September, PT Ciomas Adisatwa the Company’s subsidiary, acquired PT Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara.
