Olagud and Kitchenette Launch the Fried Chickenette Series Featuring High-Quality Probiotic Chicken

Jakarta, 02 October 2025 – JAPFA Food, the downstream business entity of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JAPFA), through one of its flagship brands, Olagud, has officially collaborated with Kitchenette (ISMAYA Group) in the launch of a new special menu series: the Fried Chickenette Series. This collaboration was introduced today at one of Kitchenette’s outlets in South Jakarta.

Under the campaign theme “From Farm to Home,” Olagud and Kitchenette present three specially developed chicken-based menu variants: Whole Fried Chickenette, Smoked Cheddar Chickenette, and Chickenette Pop Classic. All three menu items use high-quality probiotic chicken from Olagud, which is naturally raised and fed with probiotic feed. Clean, healthy, and environmentally friendly farming practices make Olagud chicken superior in both nutritional value and taste.

The launch of the new menu was accompanied by a talk show session and a live cooking demonstration with professional chefs, aimed at educating the public on the importance of choosing healthy, safe, and high-quality food ingredients.

As a family-friendly restaurant, Kitchenette presents the Fried Chickenette Series together with Olagud by reimagining its signature recipes with a fresh twist. The combination of fresh, natural ingredients and culinary creativity results in dishes that are not only delicious but also offer clear added value for consumers. The Fried Chickenette Series is set to become a new favorite. It features Whole Fried Chickenette, a whole chicken coated in Japanese-style karaage batter and served with three enticing sauce options: Smoked Cheddar Chickenette, crispy chicken pieces paired with creamy and fresh smoked cheddar cheese sauce; and Chickenette Pop Classic, bite-sized chicken pieces complemented by a unique and flavorful sambal pop. All three menu items are crafted using selected chicken from the collaboration with Olagud, making them not only tasty but also more meaningful, with a story in every bite.
