Responsibility:

• Understand analyze business requirements related to production and quality management
• Translate business needs into SAP PP&QM modules implementation
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing support
• Support the integration between SAP and other system such as Manufacturing Execution System
• (MES), Shop floor, Advanced Supply Chain Planning. etc.
• Provide training and support to key users and end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal business disruption
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PP and QM areas
