Responsibility:

Understand analyze business requirements related to production and quality management

Translate business needs into SAP PP&QM modules implementation

Participate in SAP implementation projects, rollouts, upgrades, and ongoing support

Support the integration between SAP and other system such as Manufacturing Execution System

(MES), Shop floor, Advanced Supply Chain Planning. etc.

Provide training and support to key users and end-users

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal business disruption

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PP and QM areas
