REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems Informatics Engineering, or other related fields (Minimum GPA 3.0)
* Maximum age of 30 years
* Male/Female
* Fresh graduate or experienced
* Proficient in SQL Reporting, Excel, and other Data Analytical Tools
* Skilled in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
* Able to work in a team
* Proficient in both passive and active English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Placement in Surabaya

Key Responsibilities  
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data effectively. 
- Create compelling presentations to communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders 
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable, and understandable insights 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations 
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision-making processes. 
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability. 
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics tools, Support ad-hoc data requests and provide insights to stakeholders as needed.
