As a pioneer in the ready-to-eat category, Yummy Choice Indomaret becomes the first RTE retail brand in Indonesia to feature Tori Uma™—a premium-quality chicken innovation developed by Japfa Food.

These three menu items will initially be available at approximately 400 Indomaret outlets across the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek), with a nationwide rollout planned in phases. Each dish offers a distinctive flavor experience:

• Chicken Saikoro Kebuli Rice: A fusion of Tori Uma™ saikoro-cut chicken cooked with Middle Eastern spices and aromatic curry-infused kebuli rice, served with white sauce and fresh pickles for a richer flavor profile.
• Japanese Sweet Toridon: Savory Japanese-style fried rice topped with juicy Tori Uma™ chicken slices, enhanced with a signature sweet Japanese sauce for an authentic and appetizing taste.
• Smoked Maranggi Chicken Onigiri: A Japanese rice ball filled with smoky, savory-sweet maranggi-style smoked chicken, wrapped in roasted seaweed (nori), delivering a unique and satisfying flavor combination.
