We also recruit a local taskforce of 20 medical and other specialized professionals including doctors, dentists and nutritionists to conduct health screening and nutritional health education. In addition, we are also assisted for by over 10 Japfa Comfeed employee volunteers in each of the districts we visit.  Recruiting and mobilizing local community members and company volunteers are critical to the success of everything we do.  Through them, we gain valuable local insights to tailor make our execution strategies for achieving higher adoption rate of behavioural change in nutrition, health and hygiene.
